For Romantics

If you are planning your proposal, here's an idea from my own experience.

First of all, if your fiance-to-be is close to her family, she will probably be happiest if you ask for her parents' blessing first. Plus, then her family will feel included in the whole process, and they'll be even happier for the two of you.

Next, one of the key elements is surprise. So, even if you've talked about getting married, make sure that you don't plan it down to the detail with her...I guarantee that she'll love whatever you come up with more if it's a surprise than if you did everything by the book.

And last of all, try to incorporate as much about your relationship as you can into the night that you propose. Some great ideas are proposing where you first met, proposing at your favorite restaurant, etc. Use your imagination, and be creative!
